“Ahh, licorice! You can’t get really good salty licorice anywhere outside of Denmark.
“So that’s the main thing. And something called Rugbrød [a Danish rye bread], which is a sort of bread that is really dark and filled with seeds.”

“I’m not particularly into Danish food so I like to try new things.”
